Return policy.

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or defective, we will replace your goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept refunds for change of mind.

Replacement of damaged or defective goods

If your goods are damaged or defective, we will gladly replace your goods within 14 days of the date of purchase.

To obtain a replacement you must:

  • Notify me via email or text 0499 997 581 within 14 days of your purchase, providing details of the issue.

  • Return your goods within 21 days of the date of purchase. Please retain receipt of your postage. Goods must be returned with original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will assess the damages and issue a replacement. We will contact you to arrange reasonable reimbursement of your postage costs. Please note, if goods are found to be in good condition, you will be liable for all postage costs, including the cost to resend your item.

Refunds

As we will replace damaged or defective goods, we do not provide refunds. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind purchases.
