Online counselling across Australia – flexible support wherever you are.
I offer counselling for people experiencing anxiety, grief, anger, depression, trauma, or feeling overwhelmed by life.
You don’t have to go through it alone.
I have a particular specialisation in pet loss grief, supporting people through the loss of a beloved friend over the rainbow bridge. Whether you need space to talk, support to work through past experiences, or guidance with current challenges, I’m here to listen and help without judgement.
Sometimes help can be as simple as having someone to talk to — someone outside your world who can offer a different perspective. My approach is flexible — offering both counselling to gently unpack the past and coaching to support your way forward, depending on what you need.
Flexible appointments available, including afternoons, evenings and weekends. If you’re ready, you can book a session using the button below. Or scroll down to learn more.

Are you feeling overwhelmed or is life getting you down?
Let me help you. I am a counsellor offering online or telephone sessions. It doesn’t matter where you are, I can help.
My approach is a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental place where you can talk about whatever is bothering you.
Many people find that having a confidential place to understand yourself can bring an amazing level of relief. Many of my clients say that just having a sounding board to reflect back what I’ve heard and understood made a huge difference. Don’t wait until things become overwhelming — reaching out for support can give you relief and a new direction.
If you’re struggling with a thinking pattern you can’t quite understand but you know it’s affecting you, I can help you uncover and work through it.
It’s like finding the faulty bulb in a string of Christmas lights — when you locate it and make the change the whole thing lights up. Just like your life will when you find that story in your narrative that works against you.
You’re welcome to call me for a free 10-minute consultation — have a no obligation chat to tell me what’s on your mind and see if I’m the right fit for you.
You can also text me on 0499 997 581 to ask if what I do meets your needs, ask a general enquiry, or request an appointment.
Sessions are $110 for a full hour, no referral required. I also offer flexible text or email check-ins between sessions.
FAQ’s
Do I need a referral to book counselling?
No referral is required. You can contact Reframe Therapy directly to arrange an appointment.
What issues do you help with?
I can help with anything you need, and have a particular strength in anxiety, grief and specialise in pet loss, trauma and depression. I also help address anger issues and put you back in control of your life.
What can you do that apps and podcasts dont’?
Apps and podcasts are fantastic ways to access information and educate yourself with anxiety, trauma, attachment styles etc. What I can do is give you human interaction, emotional support and response and life experience. Education is great but sometimes having someone to talk to that reflects things back to you and takes you to the next level can be very useful. That’s where I come in.
What to expect
Our sessions are open and conversational with a warm, empathic approach. You are always in control of your experience and can disclose as much or as little as you choose.
I bring a balance of analytical thinking and empathy to my work. Together, we can explore what’s going on, uncover underlying patterns, and find a way forward that feels right. I have a great deal of experience supporting people through anxiety, trauma, and recovery, along with a background in leadership. This helps me understand work issues, greater trauma exposure and blend coaching into my counselling. My approach is interactive, never one sided or boring.
My work experience started in a head trauma unit in a U.S. teaching hospital, where I witnessed firsthand the realities of loss, recovery, and resilience. That experience shaped my understanding what life can do you to when you least expect it and continues to shape the way I work today. I have heard stories of loss, trauma, survival and despair. You can trust that your story is safe with me, that I can handle what you tell me and we can find a way for you to make peace with it. Whatever that looks like to you.
I have worked extensively with anger and learned that it is often not the core issue, but a signal of something deeper — such as grief, feeling unheard, or a lack of control. I don’t offer anger management strategies because I have personally found them to be ineffective. What I do instead is work with you individually to understand what sits beneath the surface and help you work through what the issues are to deal with them.
Outside of my work, I value time with my Golden Retriever, my family, and photography. Creating a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and understood is at the heart of everything I do.
My approach
My focus is to help you live your best life, however that looks to you.
I can help you find answers within yourself and new ways to change life patterns that aren’t working. Do you have past trauma affecting you today? Are you struggling with a loss? Or do you get angry easily, and want to control outbursts? Maybe you want to live out from under the shadow of anxiety, social or internal. Sometimes you might feel you can’t get out of bed in the morning and life feels hopeless.
It isn’t.
We can work together for change.
I provide a safe and comfortable space to talk and be truly heard without judgement or blame. Once we unravel your life story, we can work with past trauma and the hold it might have on you. You’ll find new ways of coping. I help you shift ‘stuck’ thoughts of your life story that hurt, things that get in the way of being able to live the way you want to live.
Change your narrative. Change your future.
No referral is required. You have complete confidentiality. I am open at times that work with you, afternoons, evenings and Saturdays.
To maintain safety and ethical standards, I work under the guidance of a clinical supervisor. I am also listed as a current member on the National Register of Psychotherapists and Counsellors (PACFA) . I offer a hybrid therapy model with experience in a broad range of counselling styles. I find that the best results come from a flexible blending of techniques. Counselling modes I work with include, but are not limited to:
Narrative Therapy
Psychoanalytic
Gestalt
Humanistic Therapy
Existential Therapy
